1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal information AutoProspectPro, operated by Align AI, LLC ("Align AI", "we", "us"), collects when you visit this site, apply for the 30 Days to $10k Beta Tester Challenge, sign up for the affiliate program, or use the AutoProspectPro beta, and how we use, share, and protect it.

2. Information we collect

• Application data — name, email, phone number (with country code), and your answers to the application questions (experience, goals, availability, motivation).
• Attribution data — UTM parameters, the page you arrived from, the URL you applied on, the time of your application, and — when you arrive through an affiliate's referral link — the referring affiliate's identifier, stored in a cookie for up to 60 days.
• Affiliate data — if you sign up as an affiliate: your name, email, phone number, where you plan to share your link, records of the referrals attributed to you, and the payout details you provide (such as bank account information for ACH transfers, collected and processed at payout time).
• Usage data — how you use the beta product during the Challenge (features used, errors encountered), collected to improve the software.
• Feedback and testimonials — the feedback you give during the Challenge and the testimonial you provide at the end.

We do not collect payment information during the free beta. Your third-party AI API keys are used to run the product on your behalf and are never sold or shared.

3. How we use it

• To review your application and select the 20 beta testers;
• To run the Challenge — onboarding emails, seat confirmations, office-hours scheduling and reminders (by email, and by SMS/phone if you provided a number);
• To operate, debug, and improve the beta software;
• To publish testimonials, with your consent, as described in the Terms of Service;
• To measure which marketing channels our applicants come from (UTM attribution);
• To run the affiliate program — attributing referrals to the right affiliate, calculating commissions ($1,000 per lifetime-pass sale, 35% recurring on monthly subscriptions), and paying them out by ACH transfer.

4. Where your data goes

Application and affiliate signups are delivered to our customer relationship platform (GoHighLevel), which we use to manage applications, send emails and reminders, run the Challenge, and operate the affiliate program (including referral tracking and commission records). Your data is also processed by the infrastructure providers that host this site and our product.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data on the basis of: consent (when you submit the application form), contract (running the Challenge you joined), and legitimate interest (improving beta software, basic analytics).

6. Retention

We keep application data for the duration of the beta program and up to 24 months afterward (to run future cohorts and honor beta-tester pricing), unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Affiliate records — referrals, commissions, and payouts — are kept for as long as you are an affiliate and afterward as required for tax and accounting purposes. Testimonials are kept as long as they are in use, or until you ask us to anonymize them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email admin@autoprospectpro.com. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any SMS.

8. Affiliate referral tracking

When you click an affiliate's referral link, a cookie is set in your browser for up to 60 days so that, if you later join the Challenge or make a purchase, the referral can be credited to that affiliate. This cookie identifies the affiliate, not you. If you'd rather not be tracked this way, you can clear your cookies or visit the site directly without a referral link — everything works the same either way.

9. Prospect data you process

When you use AutoProspectPro to research local businesses, you are the controller of that prospect data. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including complying with outreach and data-protection laws that apply to you and your prospects.

10. Security & children

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Services are for business use by adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
